Above all, “Fillet House” offers dishes from home-grown chicken, specialty lamb parts, boar carbonate, river fish. All dishes are made exclusively on coals, from unfrozen fresh products. Soups, salads are prepared without prior semi-manufacturing in the moment of the order. “Fillet House” accepts orders with transportation to the home, office etc. in a hot kind. Caspian salmon is also delivered to “Fillet House”. Those days salmon-fancier clients who have left their coordinates are called.
 Slaughter is daily made. The fillet which is under a back part is delivered to the restaurant. There is fresh fillet in the restaurant every day.

The restaurant “Fillet House” is opened since 2004 in Baku city. “Fillet House” has it’s own farm and feeds animals with the Dutch forages that have useful vitamins for healthy 
The restaurant also has daily delivery of sturgeon, white sturgeon and stellate sturgeon from a fishing boat. The fishing boat doesn’t go out to the sea in storming weather and there is no sturgeon dishes served in the restaurant.
